This Mixed-Use development will bring 50 apartments to this growing neighborhood, along with a pop-up Library, micro-restaurants that face an internal courtyard, and 5,000 sf of additional retail space.

The courtyard and the roof of the parking garage are flexible community spaces – providing a small venue for local events as well as a tennis court with terraced seating. The affordable housing units come in a variety of sizes to meet local need, while prioritizing units geared towards families, considering the location on transit lines and proximity to local amenities. Once completed the project will serve as another catalyst in this developing neighborhood.
